Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your NOODZ purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Note:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind on swimwear, lingerie, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
