Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your NOODZ purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Note:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind on swimwear, lingerie, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
